Email is the fastest and only way to reach us, and it is not a formality — a person reads every message and replies within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend are answered on Monday.

What to include

Please put your order number in the subject line if you are writing about an existing order. If you do not have it to hand, the name or email address you used at checkout is enough for us to find you.

If something has arrived damaged, attaching a photograph in your first email means we can usually resolve it in a single reply rather than three.
