Little Await is a trading name of Lazurta LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Shipping is free

Every order ships free, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum, no threshold, and no surcharge at checkout.

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. We priced the product with shipping included rather than adding it at the last step, because a gift should not get more expensive the closer you get to buying it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

If you are somewhere else and want to order, email hello@littleawait.com — we may be able to arrange it manually, and it helps us decide where to open next.

Printed in your own country

Every Little Await order is printed to order by a print partner inside your own country or region and dispatched domestically from there. Nothing crosses a border on its way to you.

That matters for three reasons:

  • No customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. There is nothing to pay on delivery, and no card left by a courier asking you to settle a charge before they will hand the parcel over. This is the single most common way an international gift goes wrong, and it cannot happen here.
  • No customs delay. Your order is never held at a border, so the delivery estimate below is the actual estimate rather than a hopeful one.
  • A shorter journey. A domestic parcel is handled fewer times and arrives in better condition, which matters for a printed keepsake.

Processing time

Orders are printed and dispatched within 3 business days of being placed.

Most orders go out faster than that. We quote three because printing to order means your item genuinely does not exist when you click buy, and we would rather quote honestly and beat it than quote optimistically and apologise.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country your order is printed in.

Delivery estimates

Measured from dispatch, not from the moment you order. For total time from order to doorstep, add the 3 business days of processing above.

Destination After dispatch Total, order to delivery
United States 3–6 business days 6–9 business days
United Kingdom 2–4 business days 5–7 business days
Canada 4–8 business days 7–11 business days
Australia 3–7 business days 6–10 business days

These are estimates supplied by our carriers, not guarantees. Remote and rural postcodes, island addresses, severe weather and peak-season volume can all extend them. Canada and Australia have the widest ranges because both cover long domestic distances with fewer sorting hubs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility. If you have not received one within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Tracking can sit without updating for two or three days mid-journey and this is normal — parcels are scanned at hubs, not continuously. If tracking has shown no movement for 10 business days, treat it as a problem and email us; see Lost orders below.

Christmas 2026

To arrive before Friday 25 December 2026, order by:

Destination Order by
Canada Friday 4 December
Australia Wednesday 9 December
United States Friday 11 December
United Kingdom Tuesday 15 December

These dates already include our processing time and a safety margin on top of the carrier estimate. They are deliberately earlier than the carriers' own published cut-offs, because December volume makes those cut-offs optimistic and a gift that arrives on the 27th is not a Christmas gift.

Orders placed after these dates will still be printed and dispatched promptly, and will still be covered by the Perfect Gift Promise — we simply cannot promise they will arrive before the 25th.

If you have missed the cut-off for your country and the gift is time-critical, email us before you order. We will tell you honestly what we think is achievable rather than take the order and hope.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout, particularly if you are sending the order directly to the person the gift is for. An address you have typed from memory is the most common cause of a failed delivery we see.

  • PO boxes are accepted in all four countries.
  • APO, FPO and DPO addresses are accepted in the United States, though delivery takes longer than the estimates above and tracking stops at the military mail handover point.
  • Business addresses are fine. If the building has a reception or mailroom, add the company name so it is not refused.
  • Apartment, unit and flat numbers must be included. A courier will not hunt for a recipient.

If you realise the address is wrong, email us immediately. We can correct it before the order enters production — usually within a few hours of you ordering.

Failed or returned deliveries

If a parcel is returned to our print partner because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you, confirm the correct address, and reship the order. We cover the reprint; a further shipping charge may apply where the carrier bills us for the return leg, and we will tell you the amount before we charge anything.

If a carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and any building reception first, then email us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If it is not located, we reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Lost orders

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or a carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we reprint and reship your order at no cost to you. We do not ask you to wait out a longer carrier investigation window before we act, and we do not ask you to claim from the carrier yourself.

If a reprint will no longer arrive in time to be useful — a Christmas gift in January, for example — tell us and we will refund you in full instead.

Sales tax and VAT

Where sales tax or VAT applies to your order, it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the total charged; nothing is added afterwards.

Because we print and ship domestically, there are no separate import charges in any of our destination countries.

Multiple items and split shipments

If you order more than one item, they may be printed and dispatched separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking link. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone missing. Shipping remains free regardless of how many parcels your order arrives in.
