Little Await is a trading name of Lazurta LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This policy applies to every order placed through littleawait.com.

The Perfect Gift Promise

You are usually buying this for someone else, which means you are guessing at what they will love. We would rather you did not have to guess.

If your order is not right — for you, or for the person you bought it for — email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to return the item. You do not need to give a reason. We do not charge a restocking or handling fee, and we refund the original shipping charge where one was paid.

We make this promise because our products are printed to order. There is no warehouse shelf for a returned calendar to go back onto, so asking you to post it back would add cost and delay to a refund we have already decided to give you. It is simpler for both of us if you keep it, or pass it on.

How to request a refund

Email hello@littleawait.com with your order number in the subject line. That is the whole process.

You do not need to complete a form, call a number, or obtain a return authorisation. If you no longer have your order number, the email address or name used at checkout is enough for us to find it.

Stage Timing
We acknowledge your email Within 1 business day
We approve and process the refund Same business day as acknowledgement, in almost all cases
Your bank or card issuer posts the funds 5–10 business days after we process it

The final step is controlled by your bank, not by us. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund and nothing has appeared, email us and we will send you the processor's refund reference so you can raise it with your bank directly.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us a photograph within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the original item.

You choose what happens next:

  • A free replacement. We send the order back to print immediately and cover the shipping. Replacements are prioritised and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days rather than 3.
  • A full refund, processed as above.

If the damage is to the outer packaging only and the product inside is unaffected, tell us anyway — we track it, because repeated packaging damage on a route is a problem with our print partner that we need to raise with them.

Changes and cancellations

Each item is printed to order, so there is a short window in which we can still intervene.

  • Before the order enters production — usually within a few hours of you placing it, and always during our business hours — we can change the shipping address, correct a detail, or cancel and refund you in full.
  • After it enters production we cannot cancel or alter it. The 30-day Perfect Gift Promise still applies in full once it arrives, so nothing is lost; it simply resolves as a refund after delivery rather than a cancellation before it.

Email hello@littleawait.com as quickly as you can with your order number and what needs to change. Marking the email urgent genuinely helps us catch it in time.

Orders sent directly to the recipient

Many of our orders ship straight to the person the gift is for. Two things follow from that.

The recipient can contact us. If they want to tell us something is wrong, they do not need to go through you. We will help them and arrange a replacement without involving you at all, which spares everyone the awkward conversation.

Refunds go to the payer. Money is always returned to the payment method used at checkout, never to a third party. If the recipient asks us for a refund rather than a replacement, we will let them know we need to confirm it with the person who placed the order, and we will handle that discreetly.

Partial refunds and multi-item orders

If your order contained more than one item and only one of them is wrong, tell us which. We will refund or replace that item alone and leave the rest of the order in place. You are not obliged to refund the whole order to resolve part of it.

Personalised and made-to-order items

If you have ordered an item with personalisation — a name, a date, a chosen start week — please check your details carefully at checkout. Once a personalised item has entered production it cannot be cancelled or altered, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

The 30-day Perfect Gift Promise still covers personalised items where the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the details you supplied. It does not cover a change of mind about the personalisation itself, or a spelling error in the details you gave us — though if you email us before production starts, we will always try to fix it.

Pricing and price adjustments

We do not run discount codes, flash sales, or seasonal promotions. The price shown is the price the product is sold at, all year.

That means there are no price adjustments to claim and no reason to wait for a sale. It is a deliberate choice: we would rather price the product honestly once than train you to wait for a better moment.

Fair use

This policy is written to be generous, and we would like to keep it that way. We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to decline future orders, where we see a clear pattern of abuse — for example, repeated refund requests across many orders with no identifiable issue. This is rare, and we will always tell you plainly if we are declining something and why.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost everything within a business day, and a chargeback takes weeks to settle for both of us. We will always try to fix it directly first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces the rights you have under the consumer law where you live. In particular:

  • United Kingdom — under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a right to cancel most distance-sold orders within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day promise is longer and requires no return, so in practice it is more generous, but your statutory right remains available to you. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 also entitles you to a remedy where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
  • European Economic Area — you retain the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Rights Directive.
  • United States — your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection law are unaffected, including any state-mandated return rights.
  • Canada — your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation are unaffected.
  • Australia — our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Where a statutory right gives you more than this policy does, the statutory right applies.
